Warwick Academy art students will have their work displayed in the school’s main hall as part of their Practical Arts Department Showcase.

The efforts of the Year 13 IB pupils is part of the examination process and will contribute to the students’ final grade.

“What is on exhibit is only part of the work that the students have to produce for their complete portfolio,” said Jane Vickers, Director of Development.

“Standard level students must exhibit seven pieces and the higher level students must exhibit 11 pieces in total. The students pick pieces that they feel represent the best of the theme that they have chosen for their portfolio.”

The work will be on public view tomorrow from 4-6pm.
