PALS Cancer Care kicked off its annual tag day this morning with a trip to Government House.

The charity sold its first tag to Governor John Rankin in advance of the official launch of the two-day fundraising event later this week.

On Friday PALS volunteers will be in Hamilton, while on Saturday they will be out and about across the rest of the island.

All proceeds from the tag day go towards helping PALS to continue its work caring for cancer patients in the community.
