Tribute video to former Speaker Lowe

Stanley Lowe, Bermuda's first black Speaker of the House of Assembly, died on Sunday aged 82.

The Royal Gazette has reproduced this video that was recorded by CITV to celebrate him reaching the milestone of 40 years as a Progressive Labour Party politician in 2008.

It features tributes from former PLP premier Alex Scott, former United Bermuda Party minister Maxwell Burgess and long-serving PLP colleague Reginald Burrows, as well as an interview with Mr Lowe.
