“Learn to row” classes put on by the Bermuda Rowing Association will be starting on July 16.

President Michael Swain said: “We have a highly experienced and professional rowing coach visiting from

Canada and he will be dedicating all of his time to providing fun and safe rowing in the most beautiful rowing arena in the world.

“This is impact free, aerobic and muscular training! So whatever your age, come and have fun on the water and get fit and toned; and meet lots of new friends.
