The Bermuda Cricket Board of Control have named their Under-15 national squad to represent the Island in the Americas Regional Championships in Orlando, Florida next week.

The team is as follows: Rodney Trott (capt), Oronde Bascome (vice-capt), Dwyia Blyden, Derrick Brangman, Tywain Burgess, Sean DeGraffe, Ajani Gibbons, Malachi Jones, Jade Foggo, Stefan Kelly, Justin Pitcher, Jahson Smith, Temiko Wilson, Allan Douglas Jr.

Travelling with the team are national coach Mark Harper, tour manager Grant Smith and team coach George Cannonier.

Bermuda will play a practice game on July 26 and then the tour will conclude with a game against Argentina on August 1.

Other countries participating are Canada, Cayman Islands, United States and a combined team from other affiliated countries.

BCBC president Reginald Pearman said: "We are pleased to continue to be able to offer the young players international opportunities to broaden their experiences.

"For the last two years the Under-15 side have enjoyed reciprocal tours with the Cayman Islands due to the support of the Bank of Bermuda, so this tournament, which hosts all of the associate members in our region, represents a further development of their talents. We wish them well.''

The tournament will be a round robin format with teams playing five games in six days. All matches will be 40 overs fixtures.
