Police defeated Somerset Bridge by four wickets at Police Field. Batting first, Bridge?s Mike Smith topped his side?s batting with 36 while Andy Cumberbatch was the best bowler for Police with three for 35.
Police snatched a four-run lead with Freston Hurdle hitting 32 to lead their batting. Fourteen year-old Bilal Lambert?s devastating spinners landed him a haul of seven wickets for 55 runs off 14 overs with one maiden.
Batting again, Bridge scored 164 with Curt Simons striking 32. Emerson Carrington led Police bowling with five for 15 off 10 overs.
John Pitcher steered Police to their winning target of 161 by scoring 90 not out. Corvet Lambert took three for 18 off nine overs with two maidens.

Jacobi Robinson struck 100 not out for Somerset but his superb knock wasn?t good enough to prevent the West Enders from losing to Flatts by four wickets.
Also among the runs for Somerset in their first innings was Azeem Pitcher with 78 while Gary Brangman took five for 84.
Lloyd Fray led Flatts? batsmen with 90 while Rahji Edness struck 62 not out.
Robinson also topped Somerset?s scoring a second time around with 47 while Edness had four for 57. Edness also was not out on 58 while Shane Hollis took five for 35.
