Skipper Winston Trott snatched five wickets for 47 runs and opener Omar Amory chipped in with 61 to help Devonshire Rec. upset undefeated Warwick by four wickets in First Division action at Southampton Oval.
Warwick were upended after reaching a formidable total thanks to a whirlwind 90 from skipper Kian Butterfield, including ten fours and four sixes. Also among the runs were Lamar Caines with 50, Allan Douglas Sr, 25, Chris Douglas, 23, and Jason Williams, 22 not out.
Butterfield and Caines added 130 for the third wicket taking the total from two for 61 to 191, but once the third wicket (Butterfield) fell, the other batsmen only added a further 68 to the total.
Trott was the lone Devonshire bowler to capture more than one wicket, his five victims coming off ten overs with two maidens.
Devonshire coasted home in 36 overs with Amory leading the charge. Ricky Brangman Sr contributed 45 not out, Dean Stephens, 39, Wendell Swan, 38, and Derrick Brangman 18. Amory and Swan put on 97 for the second wicket.
Despite Devonshire's spirited batting, Warwick's Chris Douglas boasted five wickets for 53 runs off ten overs with one maiden while Lamar Richardson took one for 18 off two overs.

Sheridan (Baldy) Ming hammered an undefeated 107 and his opening partner Gerald Simons Jr stroked 71 to lead nine-man PHC to a six-wicket triumph away to Police.
The openers tore the bowling to shreds sharing an opening stand of 137 runs with the dominant partner Ming hitting two sixes and eight fours while Simons finished with nine fours.
Freston Hurdle took three wickets for 40 runs off ten overs with two maidens.
Earlier Police reached what seemed to be a winning total with Andrew Rollins' knock of 78 leading the way. Nyon Steede chipped in with 42 and Ferdinand Thorne 23.
Cal Waldron was the pick of PHC's bowlers, taking three for 66 while Marquel Waldron finished with two for 59 off ten overs.

Somerset CC 163-6.
John Woolnough slammed 85 not out and Devon Wade 25 to lead Somerset CC to a seven-wicket victory at home.
Despite Woolnough's dominane, Trappers' skipper Luke O'Connor and Colin Scaife enjoyed decent bowling figures. The former finishing with three wickets for 26 runs off nine overs and Scaife, two for 25 off six overs.
Earlier, veteran all-rounder James Swan stroked 55 not out and Graham Strange contributed 32 to help Trappers to a respectable total.
Shannon Warner was the pick of Somerset's bowlers with two for 23 off 7.3 overs while Francis Richardson claimed two for 24 off ten overs.

Willow Cuts defeated Somerset Bridge by five wickets at White Hill Field. Dismissing Bridge for a modest 91, the winners replied with 93-5.
