Commercial league leaders MR Onions recorded their first league defeat since October on Wednesday night after going down 2-1 against title rivals Key West.
Great covering tackles by Keith Donald and Lee Dwyer helped keep Onions in it in during the first half but poor finishing let Key West take charge in the second period.
A fine cross from the left was met by unmarked Kwame Tucker in the 60th minute while five minutes later Steven Mendes notched with a 40-yard strike helped by the wind.
Onions rallied with a half volley by captain Steve Smith five minutes from end but it was too little, too late.
Valley and BAA drew 2-2 with Fitzgerald Williams and Jonathan Eve on target for Valley and Thomas Gribbin and Gary Black netting for BAA.
