Season to kick off at Nationals
Bermuda's rugby players will continue to play at Nationals - for the time being at least.
The country's four clubs had feared they would have to find a new venue after Montessori Academy took over the Middle Road site.
"It looks like we will start to play rugby at Montessori," said President of the Bermuda Rugby Football Union, John Williams.
"But we have not signed a contract with them.
"A meeting was held with the former committee, and while it is probably not high on their list of priorities, I understand we will be playing rugby there from the beginning of the season."
That season begins in the next couple of weeks.
"We understand the pitch will be a bit narrower because of what they (Montessori) have had to do, but I understand their intention is to retrieve some ground on the other side of the pitch and change the pitch slightly.
"Whatever they want to do we will have to play along with for the time being."
Williams said the reason the BRFU had not signed a contract with the Academy was because they were still looking for an alternative home.
"There are other fields around.
"I am just trying to pin something else down but I cannot say too much about that at the moment," he said.
