Sims hoping for more success

Michael Sims tees it up today in the MTS Classic in Winnipeg, hoping for a repeat of the form that propelled him up the leaderboard in the last Canadian Tour event.
Sims finished tied for fourth two weeks ago in the TELUS Edmonton Open, the first cut he has made in his rookie year on Tour, handing him the best part of $6,000, putting him two places above Greg Norman in the World Rankings and 47th place on the Order of Merit.
And Sims will be hoping he can get another four days of golf in during the $150,000 tournament when he tees off from the first at 1.10 p.m. Canada time today at the Pine Ridge Golf Club.
