Dear Mr. Editor
Please allow me space in the to conclude my right to speak up on the Race Weekend entry topic please. This is in reference to the BTFA President Smith's November 4 response to my letter of November 1, in which I sought for a choice in how to enter the International Race Weekend 2007. I wish to publicly the BTFA for saying you will have entry forms in the sport shops within a week or so. Thanks for giving us choice and for extending the time to December 8, 2006 for early local entrants. I'm glad we spoke up, you listened and acted, which satisfies me.
Here are a few suggestions for the BTFA to regard on the online topic:
1 ? Encourage year-round online entering of running events organised by the BTFA.
2 - Encourage the affiliate clubs to have their entry forms online also (MAAC does already, I think).
3 ? Allow clubs who do not have a website to use the BTFA website to showcase their entry form.
4 ? Keep on publicising the BTFA website, www.bermudatracknfield.com on all entry forms, Affiliates too, and publicise your website in other ways.
These suggestions may allow all to get use to your change, instead of "all of a sudden" having to change. The majority of people accept change, but depending on the respect shown, and how it's done.
Thank for the space.
ROGER LAMBERT
