Top Bermuda sailor Peter Bromby and crew Lee White were unable to improve their standings on day four of the Bacardi Star Class regatta in Florida yesterday as rain, high winds and thunderstorms forced organisers to call off the day's racing.

The pair are currently holding down 16th position overall with the regatta scheduled to resume today, weather permitting.

They placed sixth in the opening race, 20th in the second and 34th in the third.

A two-time Bacardi Cup winner, Bromby is still hoping to qualify for this summer's Olympics in Beijing.
