I’m IRRITATED!!!

Why are my tax dollars going into this cricket team who seem inept and who have accomplished nothing except scoring 620 runs in a drawn four-day match. The World Cup isn’t in four-day format, therefore what reason is there to get excited about 620 runs. NONE!!!

They’ve been on tour for a month now, played SIX one-day matches and our record STINKS at 0-6. None of the matches have even been close... they’ve all been what I consider BLOWOUTS!!!

This National cricket team are complete JOKES!!! I try my best to be supportive of the BERMUDIAN 14, but it’s not easy to do so, when I see my hard-earned tax dollars being WASTED, while they are getting SMACKED around by the rest of the world.

Charlie Marshall and Glen Blakeney where are you??? Bermuda’s batting line-up NEEDS you DESPERATELY!!!

As for the bowlers... they ALL need to be trashed!!!

The ONLY successful bowler Bermuda has is the lone FOREIGNER whom I DO NOT SUPPORT!!!

Bermuda’s World Cup team SHOULD be: (batting order) Clay Smith, Glen Blakeney, David Hemp, Irving Romaine, Charlie Marshall, Lionel Cann, Delyonne Borden, Rodney Trott, Malachi Jones, Kevin Hurdle, Stephen Kelly;

Res: Arthur Pitcher, OJ Pitcher, Tre Govia, Kwame Tucker (back-up wicketkeeper ONLY!)
