Island Games inspection
The rule is being run over Bermuda this weekend by the president of the Island Games Association Jorgen Peterson.
He arrived on Thursday evening to inspect the Island during a fact-finding mission to look at what Bermuda can offer in terms of hosting the 2013 Island Games.
The Island has applied to host the competition in five years time.
Peterson is expected to look at various sporting facilities on the Island, and consider athletes accommodation and transportation as he tours Bermuda.
He will meet with the Minister of Sport El James and watch a number of sports events this weekend, including Bermuda's World Cup qualifying clash against Cayman Islands at the National Sports Centre tomorrow at 3 p.m.
Bermuda is competing against Canada's Prince Edward Island for the right to stage the 2013 Island Games. The next games two games will be in Aaland (2009) and Isle of Wight (2011).
