The shortlist for the esteemed prize of Associate One Day International Player of the year excludes Bermudians Irving Romaine and Dwayne (Sluggo) Leverock, after their names were eliminated from it.

Started by the ICC in 2004, the awards identify and honour the best international cricket players of the previous 12 months.

Kenyans Steve Tikolo and Thomas Odoyo have made the shortlist as well as Dutch player Ryan ten Doeschate and Canadian Ashish Bagai.
