Sims takes week off

Bermuda's number one golfer Michael Sims has taken a week off and will not be playing in this week's Nationwide $600,000 National Mining Association Pete Dye Classic, in West Virginia.
Sims, finished tied for 44th place in the $600,000 Nationwide Tour Xerox Classic at Irondequoit Country Club Rochester, New York, last week scooping in $2,213.
The 28-year-old has now earned a total of $36,585 so far this year, after playing in 22 tournaments and making the cut eight times.
He has one top-ten finish, two top 25 finishes and is 107th on the 2007 money list.
