his 21st goal of the season on Saturday in the 3-1 home win over Norwich.

The goal put the Bermudian striker on the same number he scored during the entire last season in the Second Division.

However, his goals this season, in his first year in the First Division, have come at a much faster rate...from 30 league and cup matches compared to 50 starts last season (two as a sub).

In the last 15 matches Goater has found the net 14 times and is on course to beat his best ever English haul of 25 goals.

Goater broke the deadlock on Saturday in just the third minute when he converted a precise header following a cross from the left by Mark Kennedy.

Norwich equalised in the 15th minute through Iwan Roberts and it stayed that way until man-of-the-match Kennedy struck with two goals in the 82nd and 83rd minutes.

The win keeps City in second place in the standings, still four points behind leaders Charlton.
