Craig Smith emerged champion in the 50cc class, having trailed by 12 points at the start of the day. He took a maximum 45 points with three wins, leaving former leader Kellen Lewis having to settle for second after three second place finishes. Bryan North placed third on the day.

Tullio Escolastica also proved unbeatable in the 65cc class with a hat-trick of wins. But the battle for the championship was further back in the field where Zahkie McIntosh placed fifth, third and second to wrap up the title by four points, beating out Chad Sutherland and Jaircybio Rattery.

Loronzo Burch also claimed a hat-trick in the 80B class but Gary Cann, suffering from the flu, still took the title to add to his 60 and 80 crowns from last year.

Zico Majors was perfect with three wins in the 80C class, outdistancing Gary Blackwell, Anthony Grant and Melonie Munro. But when the overall points were tallied, it was Blackwell on top followed by Majors and then Munro.

After 16 years racing, Aaron Anderson finally notched his first two race wins in the 125cc class. But it was Enwar Hunt with a second, first and sixth who clinched the championship, by 10 points over Ashley Simmons with Jerome Dowling third.

Heading into the final 125B event, Craig Panchaud held a slim two point lead over Wentworth Tucker. And victories in the last two motos ensured he would emerge with the title. Tucker finished 10 points back after a second and two thirds.

Unchallenged Otis Ingham claimed the 250cc title.

In a fun race for fathers, victory went to Kenny Mills ahead of Delbert Hunt and Marvin Woolridge.

The final motocross event of the season will be a trophy race day this Sunday featuring an April Fools Day mothers' race.
