by businessman Mr. Warren Brown, was yesterday off the coast of Chile, South America.

Mr. Brown left the Island yesterday to join the yacht in Chile. From there the 61-foot yacht and a crew of eight will sail to remote Pitcairn Island, home to the descendants of the infamous Bounty mutineers.

"The island is inhabited by only about 50 people and can not even be reached by boat -- you have to anchor off,'' Mr. Brown said.

After visiting Pitcairn Island the next leg of the journey is across the Pacific Ocean to New Zealand, Australia and up to Japan. And from there War Baby sails to Russia and Alaska.

She has already sailed through the Arctic, Caribbean and visited many islands off South America including the Galapagos Islands.

"So far ( War Baby ) has done very well,'' Mr. Brown said. "There is always a work list but the boat is in very good shape.'' Currently on the yacht are Miss Rachel Shutter, Mr. Keith Stewart, Mr. Marv Toland, Mr. Jim Leonard, Mr. George Lawrence, Ms Rosalind Cooper. Mr. Brown joins the crew along with Mr. Phil Wilson.
