Having combined with cyclist Dana Henry and swimmer Ronald Cowen to win the Bank of Bermuda Team Triathlon last week, Smith this Sunday teams up with work colleagues Ande Manders and Sheldon Thompson to form BTC Telco Tones -- on paper by far the strongest of the 35 trios so far entered in The Royal Gazette Corporate Road Relay.

Entries for the event are still being accepted and forms can be handed in at the BTFA offices above the Winners Edge shop on Church Street between 12.00 and 2.00 p.m. today and tomorrow. Teams already entered should pick up their race numbers and tee-shirts at those same times.

Meanwhile, a change in Sunday's race route, which will see first leg runners complete four miles, second leg runners three miles and third leg runners two miles, has had to be made because of road works on Fort Hill. The one mile loop will now start from National Stadium, turn left onto Frog Lane, left onto Devon Lane, and continue on Palmetto Road, Roberts Avenue, Parsons Road and back into the Stadium.
