Also in good form were Stevedoring Services, who inflicted a 19-11 defeat on Lite Ice as Ed Stovell weighed in with a 613 series.
Marlboro escaped with a 15-15 draw against an inspired Team Electric outfit, as injuries dented the former's hopes of victory.
