OCC had Blair Quisted fill in for Frost and he marked his debut in glorious fashion,, brushing aside the challenges of three opponents.

First Quisted beat Bermuda internationals Myron Piper and Alden Ray and then got by Mike Sterling.

Quisted dumped Piper 21-13, 21-17 and then Ray 21-15, 21-11 before getting past Stirling 22-20 and 21-10.

His team-mate Dave Waltham won two matches but lost to Piper 21-16, 14-21, 17-21. Chris Fleming of OCC won one game and dropped two. The teams split the doubles.

Prison Officers won 11-0 over Police by default.

OCC head the league with 26 points, followed by BPSA with 18, Prison Officers 16, Eastern Stars 14 and Police 4.
