DARTS DRT Hamilton Parish are the new Team Knock-out champions of the Women's Invitational Dart League.

Captain Lois Virgil and reserve Tammy Robinson paved the way for the triumph, performing superbly throughout the tournament, while Norma Lynn Showers proved an anchor during the semifinals and final.

The pair stood tied at two legs apiece after four games, but Showers stepped to the fore in the fifth and deciding leg, downing Ruth Holder 2-1 for the match and championship.

Earlier matches witnessed Parish oust St. George's Dinghy and Sports Club I 3-2 in the semis while the eastern club's number two side ended any dreams BAA had of a championship run by a similar scoreline.
