National Sports Club need just one point to clinch the First Division title in the Bermuda Darts Association when they take on second-placed Vasco in their

Nationals have already won the 1001 trophy, having replaced Vasco who were last year's winners. The real fight now is for the runners-up spot as quite a few trophies are still up for grabs.

Vasco have a three-point lead over Sandys Boat Club I in third place, with Sandys facing St. George's D&SC I in their final game.

The Second Division is really no contest as Vasco II have already retained the league title, with St. George's Police looking to be runners-up for a second straight year. The 1001 trophy is still up for grabs between Vasco III and Mariners II.

Vasco III have also retained the Third Division title with Showbizz and Robin Hood II battling for the runners-up spot. Showbizz have a three-point lead over Robin Hood. Vasco have also won the 1001.

Newcomers Strike Zone have run away with the Fourth Division title, leaving last year's runners-up Wharf Tavern and two other newcomers, Robin Hood II and III to battle for second place. Another new team to the league, Squash Club, have clinched the 1001.

TABLE TENNIS TEN The Bermuda Table Tennis Association will hold a special meeting at The Centre on Tuesday (7.45 p.m.).

Among the topics to be discussed will be the hiring of a foreign coach for next season, the US Open Teams championships in Detroit, next season's league format and the possibility of having representation at an over-40 tournament in Australia next April.

All affiliates are urged to send representatives.

POWERBOATING RAB The Bermuda Power Boat Association's racing season will get under way with closed circuit and offshore racing at Ferry Reach on May 2 starting at 1 p.m.

The association will hold a general meeting at Admiralty House on Monday at 7.30 p.m. to discuss plans for the season.

All games start at noon.

SOFTBALL SOF PHC's women's fastpitch team will hold a training session today at the club at 6.30 p.m. in preparation of the 1993 season. Those interested in joining the team are urged to attend.
