In the Men's A division, local Richard Brewer went down in three straight sets to Philadelphia's Richard Sheppard while Sheppard's wife, Sandy, got by top local female Denise Kyme by the same score.

In the Ladies C division, Bermuda's Diane Longden blocked the main draw attempts of Atlanta's Marie Gobert in straight sets.

The men's and ladies finals are scheduled for tomorrow evening, starting at 6.00 p.m., to be followed by the prize presentations.
