ROAD RUNNING RUN The first -- and last -- Armed Forces Day 5K race gets underway at the USNAS in St. David's at 10.00 this morning, offering runners a final tune-up for Wednesday's May 24 Marathon Derby.
The event will be divided into four categories for males and females: Under-18, 18-25, 26-35 and 35 and over. Entry is free.
DARTS DRT BAA Whites captured the Ladies League championship when they defeated Moonglow 4-3 in their final fixture this week.
