Sponsored by Bernius Chiropractic Clinic, the race is open to individuals and teams with competitors running five kilometres, cycling 30 kilometres and finishing with a second 5K run.

The event starts at Clearwater Beach, St. David's at 9.00 a.m.

ROAD RUNNING RUN Mid Atlantic Athletic Club are to stage the first female-only road race to be held on the Island for several years.

The Partner Re 5K charity run and walk will take place on Palm Sunday (April 5), starting at 9.00 a.m. from the Botanical Gardens in Paget.

A separate event over 3.2 kilometres will be held for girls under 16.
