At the start of the season, it was good to see your Hogges get 1,600 supporters and the continued over 1,000 who continued to support your team during their winning streak. But it disappoints me to see the numbers fall below that during their slump.

Although I am a Pittsburgh Riverhounds fan, I was surprised to learn that only 200 turned out last night. Your team should have diehard fans who support the Hogges win or lose! There should have been at least 1,000 at National Sports Center. The Hogges are a very skilled team, which I witnessed when they came to visit here and they deserve better support. A fan should support their team in good and bad times, not just in good. Bermudians should learn that in soccer too. K.C. McElroy
