Sobers game

rained out

Bermuda Under-18 national cricket team's match against Trinidad's Under-17s was abandoned on Thursday in the first over of the Sir Garfield Sobers International School Tournament due to rain.

Bermuda had won the toss and sent Trinidad into bat with the score on two without loss when play was stopped.

With two matches left, Bermuda have nothing left to play for but pride after finally notching their first win against Samuel Jackson Prep. on Tuesday.

Matches against Barbados Cricket League and Coleridge and Parry School will round off the tournament for the visitors, whose current record is one win, four losses and two matches abandoned.
