A Richard Cox brace gave Chameleons an easy win over Rebels.

Cox scored two converted penalty corners, before Robin Smallman extended his side's lead.

Paul Deans then made it 4-0 in the 64th minute, while Martin McHugh scored a late consolation goal for Rebels.

Polecats 2

Panthers 3

Jeremy Shrubb scored a late winner as Panthers edged Polecats in a five-goal thriller.

Panthers took a two goal lead after Phil Philpott scored twice in as many minutes.

However Polecats fought back and goals from Lee Uddin and Nigel Deane levelled the scores.

Both teams had chances to go ahead after the break, but it was Panthers who finally nosed in front, with Shrubb slotting the ball in on a breakaway play on a pass from Tony Ward.

Women's 'A' League

Canaries 1

Canaries could only manage a draw against nine men –Budgies in the 'A' division match.

Canaries took the lead early on through Raina Steer, but Stephanie Adderley tied the scores soon after the break.

Women's 'B' League

Ravens 1

Swallows 0

Ravens narrowly defeated the Swallows in a hotly contested match with Kristina Viera scoring the lone goal of the game in the 23rd minute.

Swifts 3

Cardinals 1

A brace from Ryanne –Bardgett and a goal from Raven Pearman gave the Swifts a –comfortable win over Cardinals.

Bardgett scored twice in five first half minutes, before Cardinals pulled one back after a –deflected penalty corner was turned in by Denise Downey.

Both teams continued to press hard for the rest of the first half, but Pearman's goal ended the match as a contest in the 64th.

Bluebirds 5

Longtail/Canaries 0

A double from Kourtney Fassler guided the Bluebirds to a thumping win over the Longtail/Canaries.

Kourtney Fassler scored twice in the opening 20 minutes to make it 2-0 to the Bluebirds heading into the second half. And Bluebirds ran riot after the break, with Laura Bardgett, Sarah Smith and Deborah Sagurs all scoring in the space of four minutes.
