The defending champions outplayed their opponents from start to finish during last night's lop-sided affair at Devonshire Rec. Colts were reduced to ten men midway through the first half when Quinton Jones was dismissed for foul and abusive language.

"We enjoyed a lot of possession throughout the match," Steede said. "It's always special to beat Colts. It's different from our other derby games against Boulevard and Dandy Town as Colts are in our neighbourhood."

Pacey youngster Lejuan Simons started the rout with a superb volley with the outside of his boot.

And Cougars continued to call the shots throughout the first period and should have gone into the break leading by a greater margain.

Colts failed to test Cougars' 'keeper Ricardo Brangman in the first half and they were unable to gain a foothold in the game during the second half as Cougars continued to set the tempo. They doubled their advantage when Shaki Minors headed home from a corner, and then Kwame Steede finished from a tight angle. In the final few minutes substitute Korvon Tucker raced through the Colts defence to score.

n In last night's First Division match at the Rec. St. George's beat Wolves 3-1. Kyle Hodsell, Marcus Anderson and Jahron Dickinson were all on target for the East Enders. Tarik Hill scored Wolves' goal.
