Jenay Edness scored the winning goal in Hollan College's 1-0 win over University of New Brunswick in the Atlantic Colleges Athletic Association (ACAA) championship game.

Edness's winner secured the Hurricanes second women's title.

The North Village Lady Rams player put home a Jillian Durant corner in the 25th minute to score what proved to be the winning goal.

The side will now prepare for the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association's (CCAA) Women's National Championships being held at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta.
