Canaries 4 Swallows 1
Mary-Ellen Jackson scored a hat-trick as Canaries ran out comfortable winners.
Jackson struck in the 10th, 20th and 55th minutes with Joanne Smith-Barrow adding her name to the scoresheet in the 29th minute to complete the victory.
Hannah Ellison netted Swallows' consolation goal from a penalty.
Jackson added another hat-trick over the weekend as Canaries beat Wildcats in the 'B' League.
Women's 'B' League
Swallows 0 Ravens 5
Ravens got goals from five different players as they thrashed Swallows.
Cara Johnston opened the scoring in the 13th minute before Emma Simmons added the second.
Further goals came from Jessica McClure (46th minute), Alison Beaulieu (51st minute) and Alex Wheatley (57th minute).
Canaries 5 Wildcats 2
Mary-Ellen Jackson grabbed her second treble of the weekend as Canaries notched another big win. Lisa Marshall opened the scoring in the fourth minute before Jackson hit her first in the 24th.
Kirstie Jones score the next goal in the 40th minute before Jackson scored two more in the 53rd and 56th minutes.
Wildcats got goals from Karen Campbell (50) and Maria Pichery (62).
Men's League
Rebels 2 Panthers 3
A Chris Champman hat-trick spurred Panthers in a thrilling win over Rebels.
Chapman was on the mark in the 27th minute but Dean Stovell replied in the 35th.
Alex Godet-Fisher then put the Rebels ahead in the 62nd only for Chapman to score twice in in four minutes (65th and 69th) to snatch all the points for Panthers.
Chameleons 3 Polecats 1
Paul Deans hit two as nine-man Chameleons overcame the odds to defeat Polecats.
Deans put his side ahead in the 8th minute before Polecats equalised through Donnie Simmons.
But Chameleons restore their lead six minutes through to Tony Farnsworth.
And although Polecats had the majority of the possession, they were unable to convert their chances and were made to pay when Deans scored from a penalty in the 67th minute to seal the win.
