An impressive 51 from Reid Jones helped home team Somerset CC to this four-wicket victory at Somerset yesterday.

The West Enders also got a valuable contribution of 45 from senior national team wicketkeeper-batsman Jekon Eness.

Veteran spinner David Adams was the top bowler for PHC with three wickets for 48 runs.

Earlier PHC were able to reach a respectable 234 in 50 overs which was to later prove to be insufficient to carry the Premier Division newcomers to victory.

Dano Outerbridge and Jason Anderson top scorered with 64, while Dano Outerbridge (34*) and Kamal Leverock (31) provided some support.

Hasan Durham was the visitors' best bolwer finishing with three for 45 runs.
