Brentford are running the rule over Bermuda international Khano Smith.

The former Lincoln City winger has been training with the Bees this week and played 45 minutes in their reserves' 3-1 win over Millwall yesterday.

Manager Andy Scott is due to hold talks with the 29-year-old, who played most his career in the MLS with New England Revolution and New York Red Bulls, before deciding whether Smith stays on at Griffin Park.

He said: "Khano has been training with us this week and can play left-back or the left side of midfield. We will speak with him and see if he wants to continue training with us."

Brentford play in English Football's League One.
