Khano training with Brentford

Brentford are running the rule over Bermuda international Khano Smith.The former Lincoln City winger has been training with the Bees this week and played 45 minutes in their reserves' 3-1 win over Millwall yesterday.Manager Andy Scott is due to hold talks with the 29-year-old, who played most his career in the MLS with New England Revolution and New York Red Bulls, before deciding whether Smith stays on at Griffin Park.

He said: "Khano has been training with us this week and can play left-back or the left side of midfield. We will speak with him and see if he wants to continue training with us."
Brentford play in English Football's League One.
