Schoolboy Adam strikes Canadian gold

Adam Hall of MAAC Juniors competed in the Ontario Minor Track and Field Championships in Oshawa, Ontario on Saturday, July 19th. Hall competed in his first year of the two year Tyke boys' division under the banner of his host Woodstock Track Club. Adam had an outstanding long jump competition and came away with a gold medal after a jump of 4.25 meters. He also ran in the 800m and 400m taking gold and silver respectively.
A nine-year-old Bermuda athlete has been making his mark while vacationing in Canada, picking up two gold medals and a silver while competing at the Ontario Minor Track and Field Championships in Oshawa, Ontario.
Saltus student Adam Hall, a member of Mid Atlantic Athletic Club, was taking part in the Tyke boys' division under the banner of hosts Woodstock Track Club.
He struck gold in the long jump with a leap of 4.25 metres and picked up another gold with victory in the 800 metres.
He earned silver in the 400 metres.
