Bermuda ended their Caribbean Under-17 Football Championships winless and at the bottom of the group following their 2-1 defeat to hosts Trinidad and Tobago at the Marvin Lee Stadium on Sunday night.

Having lost to Cuba 3-1, and St. Kitt's and Nevis 3-2, a defeat that put a severe dent in their hopes of advancing, the side needed a miracle to get through but never got off the ground in their final group game.

Zeiko Lewis scored the side's lone goal.

The loss to the hosts ended any chance of advancing as the best third place team which would have seen the Island qualify for next year's 12-nation Championships.

Trinidad will go through with Cuba as the top two in the group.
