Dear Sir,
I think Andrew Bascome is a good coach. He could take any team and mend them together. He has proven himself numerous of times when he's gone from different clubs and coached different teams. He also has his own football team that he coaches.
During the summer he has a football camp in which he coaches during the summer. He has children from different teams and ages coaches. My son has been to his camps numerous of times and he loves it.
Andrew's camps has helped and molded my son a lot. He has told my son, "To play football you have to love it and enjoy it." You just can't go and play football and expect to come on top, anyone could play but it has to come from the heart.
I've seen his U-15 team play, and when he sees one of the boys are getting frustrated he pulls them off the field. Andrew tells his team, it only takes on BAD apple to spoil the WHOLE BUNCH.
Andrew would do well as a national coach; he has the heart, mind, and soul for a coach. I don't see why he hasn't been picked yet, but is it because of his culture that he believes in or has Bermuda just set a blind eye on him.

Good day,
I truly think Bermuda has lots of qualified coaches. Scott Morton, Kenny Thompson, Devar Boyles, Andrew Bascome, Kyle Lightbourne, but until they are able to work together none of them fit the post of National Team Coach.
The best of all would be the likes of Kenny Thompson and Andrew Bascome but we all know that they both do not like to share knowledge with one another and if the team is to work together they(coaches) need to be the example.
Derek Broadley has his work cut out for him as no matter what route he takes there will always be negative people and coaches and as long as you have this, Bermuda will not prosper in it's plans to be the best country it can be.
I also think that the coach he chooses will have to make sure that first and foremost the players are willing to represent their country and not just playing for a free trip.
This is all about who is best for our country (Bermuda).
Many thanks
