Tools and Equipment maintained their hold on top spot with a 28-2 thumping of Lite Ice, their high game and series of 1112 and 3058 being the best in the league this season in both categories.
The return of Dean Lightbourn to the team has been significant as he posted the evening's high individual game and series of 277 and 645. Following closely behind was Conrad Lister with 257 and 635. Antoine Jones and Steven Riley also had 600-plus series for the winners.
Mike Lambe managed to score the high series of 636 and third high game of 247 for Lite Ice as they rolled the third high team game of 988.
Thompsons notched a 26-4 win over Team Electric to move into second place. Vic Thompson's 611 series led the winners to the third high team series of 2735.
Only Robert Dill managed any consistency for the losers, taking three of the four points with his 607 series.
Terminators beat New Mix Ups 20-10 with a consistent team effort which saw Kevin Swan leading the winners.
In the closest match of the evening, Stevedoring Services won 17-13 over Team Metro. Ed Stovell's 237 game and 613 series was high for the winners.
Marlboro rebounded from their defeat the previous week to stun New Breed 27-3.
Another good team effort was led by Doug Hines' 615 series and 222 game and Richard Zuill's 238 game. Marlboro rolled the night's second high team game and series with their 1009 and 2848 respectively.
