Troake scored three times in 20 minutes after Alex Wheatley and Emma Simmons had given Ravens a 2-1 lead at half time.

Joanne Smith-Barrow scored soon after Simmons to briefly drag Canaries back into the game, but that was as close as they got before Troake went on the rampage.

Mary-Ellen Jackson scored late on for Canaries but it was never anything more than a consolation effort.

Swallows 3

Swifts 1

Swallows won a game of missed opportunities with late strikes from Jennifer Chisnall and Kyla Kellman.

Chisnall, who scored twice in the win, got her side's first when she scored in the 16th minute. Ryanne Bardgett though brought Swifts level four minutes later.

The second half however belonged to Swallows with Chisnall grabbing her second before Kellman wrapped up the win in the 63rd.

That was as good as it got though for Page and her team, Raven Pearman added a third before Bardgett took centre stage. Lorendae Symonds added a late goal to complete the thumping.

Ravens 1

Bluebirds 1

Ravens couldn't capitalise on their greater possession as they shared the points with Bluebirds.

Despite Ravens dominating the first 20 minutes, Bluebirds scored first in the 22nd minute when Maria Harris tipped in a field goal. Raven's well deserved equaliser came through Polly Nottingham in the 26th minute as she hit the ball past the Bluebirds' goalkeeper.

Upstarts 3

Gary Tavares bagged a hat-trick as Upstarts came from behind and three men down to beat Rebels.

Upstarts begand the game with only eight men and their opponents took full advantage, scoring twice inside the first 13 minutes through Scott DeCosta and John Richmond.

They should have been even further ahead by half time, but failed to take a plethora of chances and in the end it cost them dearly.

At full strength after the break, Upstarts came alive, and Tavares scored three times to complete a remarkable comeback.
