Under-19s suffer defeat against Barbados

Bermuda 142 all out
Bermuda Under-19s lost their opening match of the Sir Garfield Sobers Tournament with a 38 run defeat in the Caribbean on Tuesday.
Barbados won the toss and elected to bat scoring 180 for six off 40 overs. In reply Bermuda were bowled out for 142.
Kamau Leverock top scored with 42, Shea Pitcher hit 18 and Tre Manders made 10.
The team is playing in Group A against Phoenix Academy (Barbados), St. Clair Dacon School (St.Vincent), Xenon Academy (Guyana), Bequia Community High School, Queens Park Club (Trinidad), Dulwich College (UK), BCL (Barbados) and Dominica Combined Schools with the winner of Group A going on to play the winner of Group B.
This is the fifth year the Under-19 squad has taken part in this tournament, and it is part of their preparations for the 2011 America's Under-19 Regional Tournament and Under-19 World Cup Qualifiers.
