n The team who is defensively sound will win the titanic clash between Dandy Town and North Village at Bernard Park, Hornets skipper Damon Ming said yesterday.

While both teams possess a wealth of attacking options, Mings reckons it will be the side that defends stoutly who will emerge victorious tomorrow.

"We're looking forward to this game, especially with it so early in the calendar." said Ming. "The game will be determined by who will want the victory more. We know what they are capable of and vice versa, so it will come down to who is prepared to do the dirty work on both ends of the pitch.

"Both sides have potent attacks so the team that can keep it tight at the back will be the one who wins the match."

Elsewhere tomorrow PHC, fresh off of their opening day win, will welcome Devonshire Colts to the Southampton Oval, Southampton Rangers travel to Lords to play new boys St. David's and Boulevard make the long trek west to play Somerset Eagles at White Hill Field.
