Bermuda's Chayce Smith came second in the 800 metres at the Hokie Invitational Indoor Track Meet in Blackburg, Virginia, to qualify for the CAC Games.
Smith, competing for St. Augustines College, finished in a time of 1minute 52 seconds 46.
University of Georgia athlete, Latroya Darrell, placed second in the triple jump with a leap of 12.70m – a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) qualifying mark.
So far, Smith, Tre Houston, Tyrone Smith, Aranxta King, Shianne Smith and Aaron Evans, who was disqualified in the 600m at the meet, have all qualified for the CAC Games, which will be held in Puerto Rico in July.
