Veteran batsman Dexter Basden struck an undefeated century to lead Willow Cuts to a five-wicket triumph over Western Stars at Somerset CC in First Division play.
The former Somerset CC Cup Match opener and skipper was in top form helping his team fight back after the visitors had put up a respectable away score by surpassing the double-century mark.
Basden finish on 103 not out and struck four sixes and 11 fours, joining Reggie Tucker in a fifth wicket stand that added 108 runs. Tucker contributed 36 as Cuts reached their winning target off 41.5 overs.
Justin Robinson was the top bowler for Stars with two wickets for 41 runs off 6.5 overs while Raymond Butterfield claimed two for 43 off 10 overs with two maidens.
Treadwell Gibbons Jr. was high man for Stars with 64, Jah Millett followed on 37 and Brian Hall 34.
Jermaine Trott led the Cuts in bowling with four for 49 off 8.5 overs.

Chris Douglas hit an unbeaten century as Warwick pipped PHC by a mere run at St. John's field.
Douglas scored 122 not out to lead his team to their formidable total, Daniel Morgan following on 51 and Sammy Robinson 38. Douglas and Morgan put on 97 for the opening stand.
Daniel Caines spearhead PHC in their response with a fine 67, obtaining good support from teammates Cal Waldron (48), Sheridan Ming 47 and Jason Anderson 42 only to fall just short of their winning target.
Douglas was also Warwick's top bowler with two for 49 off 10 overs with a maiden.
Leg Trappers defeated Bailey's Bay by 63 runs at Sea Breeze Oval, while Flatts defeated Somerset Bridge by 95 runs in the other First Division fixtures.
