Police take on Mariners in Marsden Memorial match

Bermuda Police and Mariners rugby clubs will contest the third annual Paul Marsden Memorial game at the National Sports Centre tomorrow.

A minute's silence will be observed before the 3.30 p.m. kick-off.

Paul Marsden was a popular Police player and Police officer who tragically died on January 22 while playing for Police against Mariners in a league game.

Acting Commissioner of Police, Michael DeSilva, and the Marsden family (travelling from the UK) will be attending tomorrow's game.

Following the game, rugby colleagues, friends and associates are invited to the Police Recreation Club to take part in a celebration of Paul's life and contribution to Police rugby.
