Among his key priorities, Mr. Tyrrell recognizes the need for and will be a strong advocate for a new Youth Centre within the constituency. He believes that youth require positive avenues in which to direct their energies and that without these positive avenues anti-social behavior can flourish. As such, he acknowledges the importance of community policing and would be a strong supporter of increased visible policing policies in the constituency.
