Former National Security Minister David Burch has been appointed chairman of the Parole Board.He was appointed by Justice Minister Michael Scott, to serve for a term of three years from April 29.The move is tantamount to a switch of roles between the former senator and new National Security Minister Wayne Perinchief.Mr Perinchief chaired the Parole Board before becoming National Security Minister after Col Burch’s resignation last month.
