City question time

Residents will be able to ask questions and make submissions at City of Hamilton meetings, starting tomorrow. The offer is open to all residents, not just those who live in the city or own businesses there.Said City secretary Edward Benevides: “Our goal is to further encourage public participation during our monthly meetings in order to hear individual’s views on issues important to them. We look forward to listening to all members of our community, not just Hamilton residents and business owners. Having said that, the submission or questions must be about the City specifically.”Guidelines on public participation can be found at www.cityofhamilton.bm/meetings.Tomorrow’s meeting will take place in the Mayor’s parlour, at 12.30pm.
