The Bermuda Government’s online portal has cost $600,000 to be updated, Michael Dunkley told MPs today.

The Premier said the transfer of most data from the former site is likely to take until the end of the calendar year, partly because different writing styles in the old system had to be made uniform.

Mr Dunkley was responding to David Burt, the Acting Leader of the Opposition, who warned the House that it involved “incredible” quantities of data covering at least eight years.
