Bermudian-based Everest Re Group Ltd has launched a new transportation and logistics business segment within Everest Insurance, led by Jeff Engelbrecht.

It will offer customers multiple lines of coverage, including workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, and up to $5 million in capacity for automobile liability and general liability.
